Canandaigua, April 14, 2023 at age 84. Pat died peacefully surrounded by family after a brief hospital stay. The family is grateful to the staff in the ED, 3rd floor East and ICU units at Thompson Hospital.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Richard; daughters Anne Marie and Cathie, brother Tim.
Survived by her daughters Karen Dietz, SSJ, Eileen Dietz and Liz (Eugene) Smiley; grandchildren Adam (Karla) Dunham, Allison (Nic) Dunham and Max Smiley; siblings Jon (Gay) Nagle and Kathy (Earl) Frech, sister-in-law Claudia Nagle; nieces Kara (Tim) Wedekamm and Meredith (Todd) Headrick, nephew Patrick (Rhea) Frech and many friends.
Her Memorial Mass will be Friday, July 28, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Sisters of St. Joseph Motherhouse, 150 French Rd. Private burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Acton, Mass. Contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph, 150 French Rd, Rochester, NY 14618 (www.ssjrochester.org).
