Avon December 21, 2022 at age 62. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Janis (Barnes) McMindes; children, Steven (Theresa) McMindes, Nichole (Derrick) Hudson, KC Sandle, Dennis Sandle, Alecia Werder (Justin Bonfield); brother John (Sandy) McMindes; 16 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
Jeff was predeceased by his parents Paul and Nancy McMindes; brothers Michael, Mark McMindes; sister, Wanda McMindes. Jeff was a proud Marine Corp veteran.
Family and friends are invited to call Friday, December 30, 2022 from 2 – 4, 7 – 9 at the Stephenson – Dougherty Funeral Home 350 Genesee Street, Avon where a celebration of his life will be held Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 10 AM. Interment to follow with military honors will be held at Avon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rescue Treasures Pet Adoptions 3177 Latta Road Rochester, NY 14612.
