October 7, 2022 at age 54. She is survived by her mother, Rita (Charles) Arner of Lima; father, Paul F. Smith (Marilyn Strumph) of Honeoye Falls; sister, Lisa Creager (David Hegeman); several step siblings; many aunts uncles niece, nephew, cousins and great nieces, great nephews.
Many thanks to Finger Lakes DDSO staff and residence for the many years of care.
Services and interment were held at the convenience of the family. Private interment North Bloomfield Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Golisano Children’s Hospital Advancement Center, 300 East River Road PO Box 278996 Rochester, NY 14627.
