LIVONIA - HARTFORD, CT - Died unexpectedly on Oct. 1, 2021,at age 32 at Hartford hospital. He is survived by his partner, Caitlin O’Neal; his father, David D. Graham, and his close brothers, Jacob D. Graham, Mitchell C. Graham, Jesse D. Rajca, Cody A. Paduano, Derek R. Miller, and Ean G. Miller; several nieces and nephews.
Zack was predeceased by his mother, Michelle K. Martin.
He was born June 17, 1989, in Rochester New York, the son of David D. Graham and Michelle K Martin. Zack graduated from Livonia High School, Class of 2007. Follow graduation , he moved to Hartford Connecticut to further his education earing his Bachelors in History at Central Connecticut State University. Shortly thereafter Zack had met his life partner Caitlyn O’Neal and settled in Manchester Connecticut. Zack had several friends and family and was well known for his affinity for the Buffalo Bills, NY Knicks, and NY Yankees. Zack was an avid collector of sports cards and considered by some a thrifting extraordinaire.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Private interment Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lima.
