Avon: August 6, 2016 at age 80. He is survived by his children, Julie Monti, Shawn Hartford, Dennis Hartford; brother, Clifton Hartford; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Ellen C. Hartford; son, Edward Hartford Jr.; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Bill was an ironworker for Ironworkers Local #33.
